Because there are so, so, many destinations to choose from we have created a star rating system to assist you in creating a leisurely and comfortable selection experience – just like browsing the Holiday Brochures of old…

How it works

• You can book right up to the expiration date shown on your voucher and can book any available accommodation up to 12 months in advance.
• Accommodation is updated every day so whilst it should be accurate, it is by no means guaranteed.
• Only 1 voucher per booking and may not be used alongside any other promotions.
• Once you have found your holiday, enter your voucher number and complete your details and pay the booking charges (currently £7.50 per person per night). Once paid we will book and confirm your accommodation (this is generally in UK office hours). If the accommodation has been sold whilst waiting for your payment we will offer you alternative accommodation or a refund.
• Once booked and confirmed any cancellation or amendment will be subject to charges.
• At least 1 member of your booking must be a minimum of 18 (21 in certain locations).
• Certain Holidays and special events may have limited or no availability keep in mind you can book up to the date shown on your certificate and we are constantly adding more availability.
• Each vacation is designed as a family getaway – the majority of available room types will be for up to 2 adults and 2 children. You can book up to the maximum occupancy level shown for a resort but it is based on a minimum of 4 so lower numbers will be subject to the surcharge shown on your voucher.
